Since our founding in 1997, we have been funded by private equity and by several grants from NIH and NIST, including the award of two Advanced Technology Program grants of $2 million each. In November 2009, we secured additional private financing to support the advanced pre-clinical and early clinical stages of development of our three lead therapeutic antibody programs; VX15, VX5 and VX35.
