美國(guó)Xencor公司2006年3月宣布，通過(guò)使用專(zhuān)有的“XmAb”技術(shù)在單克隆抗體的穩(wěn)定區(qū)（Fc）導(dǎo)入變異，增強(qiáng)Fc受體的親和性及特異性，因此把對(duì)靶細(xì)胞的抗體依賴(lài)性細(xì)胞毒性（ADCC）的活性成功地在in vitro實(shí)驗(yàn)提高到100倍、在in vivo實(shí)驗(yàn)提高到10倍以上。研究得到的結(jié)果有望增強(qiáng)已經(jīng)確定了靶細(xì)胞的癌癥的治療效果。
