Pioneering new technologies
Our product offering includes a variety of DNA polymerases, providing a suitable enzyme for all purposes, ranging from routine PCR to the most demanding high-fidelity applications. PhusionT High-Fidelity DNA Polymerase utilizes a unique fusion technology. This exciting new technology provides accuracy and speed previously unattainable with any thermostable DNA polymerase. Quantitative PCR, in which amplification of the DNA target molecule is monitored in real time, is a growing trend. Gene silencing, by using small interfering RNA molecules, has become a widely used tool to study gene expression and networks of gene function.
